Amazing Adventures Vol. 2 001Then Came…The Black Widow
Writen by: Gary Friedrich
Drawn by: John Buscema
Inked by: John Verpoorten
Lettered by: Artie Simek
Originally published: August 1970

First Black Widow issue. Kinda stupid. I mean, she uses her stupid “widow’s web” to pick up the damn phone from like three feet away. Just use your hands!

I did learn that the reason she can stick to walls is because she has anti-grav shoes.

Spidey appears in a three-panel flashback.
