There’s another (or the same?) bad guy named Blackie here. After all this I’m kind of curious if the Blackies are all supposed to be the same guy. I need to look into this and compare them…

Anyway, a great issue. With the help of Norman Osborn, Spider-Man is able to save Captain Stacy and Gwen from the Kingpin, and the weirdo scientist that was actually doing the brainwashing got killed. In other news, it looks like their building up to Osborn regaining his memories and becoming the Goblin again. That should be exciting.
