Daredevil, The Man Without Fear! Vol. 1 027Mike Murdock Must Die!

At the beginning Daredevil runs into Spider-Man beating up some car thieves.

The issue is about the Masked Marauder and Stilt-Man (Stilt-Man? Really? That’s the worst villain name since Paste-Pot Pete.) kidnapping Matt Murdock, Foggy Nelson, and Karen so they’ll divulge the Daredevil’s true identity. I guess there’s something going on with Matt’s twin brother (or fake twin brother?) Mike, and everyone thinks he’s the Daredevil, not Matthew.

Anyway, whatever, while they’re still being held captive, Spider-Man shows up again and starts fighting Stilt-Man, but he gets away.

This was alright. It’s pretty cool that the Masked Marauder got killed.
